WORKSHOPS

In order to continually grow and advance yourself, gradual up skilling needs to take place to advance your skillset. These workshops not only give you an opportunity to try new things but also helps you to master your craft. Be it learning how to centre your thoughts and relax; learn how to squat under a bar or trouble shoot an injury; or prepare your food and cook safely. All our workshops have important fundamentals that we live by day to day and real life experiences that we look forward to sharing with all our members.

YOGA

Take a dive into the yoga realm and understand why millions across the globe find yoga extremely beneficial for their physical, mental and spiritual health. These workshops are a beginners introduction to the basic form of yoga however more advanced workshops will run from time to time.

TECHNIQUE

In order to test your limits you must understand it. Immerse yourself in the science and art of lifting by attending one of these technique based workshops. We dial in on the anatomy and physiology of how a lift is performed and how to maximise movement and muscle recruitment to improve your performance in and out of the gym.

NUTRITION

Our bodies are a genuine by-product of the food we eat and it’s because of this that nutrition is such an important part of your training and lifestyle. In these workshops we uncover how we can make our nutrition work for us and unveil a whole new respect for our bodies and the food we feed it.
